Grant Committee selection process

• Conflicts of interest should be known before voting for someone
• Age
  • To be confirmed if the legal age is 18 in Switzerland - until further notice the minimum age for applying to be a grant reviewer/project lead is 21
• Social media handles
  • No social media handles will be required and the text for this point will change to something like “Here you have your chance to state your social media handles”
    • If the applicant doesn’t state anything, it’s up to them
• Added: Details on the growth committee in alignment with to Dom’s proposal: “If you are voted in the top 2 reviewers, you may have the option to join the Growth Committee and work with the TEA representatives. In this case, you may be required to work hours over the required 10 hrs per week. Are you able to commit to this if required?”
• Removed: Requirements to “prove experience”, f ex as a grant reviewer
  • The application starts with a page mentioning that the applicant should be prepared to provide information to support statements about experience etc. in the application - that should suffice
• Removed: Question asking specifically about previous experience as a grant reviewer
• Added: Vision of the treasury
• Added: Section of free text to give a chance to let the community know something that wasn’t captured in the questions
• Clause mentioning that we can change things in the process
