• [ ] Phylo (if he is updated at the status of the TEA umbrella possibility) will put up version 3 of Treasury framework. *Note: He was not updated.
• [ ] DeepSea (JD) work on update to communicate to community through Shimmer Governance Twitter profile and other communication mediums.
• [ ] Start researching forming entities in Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Marshall Islands and potentially look at any other country jurisdiction.

Discussion on the interim solution for the legal entity

• Idea of being able to start with the TEA
• In Anjas current opinion she does not see a problem to have it as an “Ausschuss.” Having little committees inside the TEA would be possible. Specification of the “Verein” would be applicable to all committees.
• There are several Options for the treasure committee. Until we make a decision for the final legal entity, TEA can be the legal organization we can operate with.
• TEA would have favorable tax agreement. Flexible Statues for the Tangle Association
• To reconfirm with Exec of Finance if there are any arguments against that in starting like that
• Theoretical control would be with TEA on the board. But the board would let the community operate independently .
• TEA would be potentially a good option to already pay off funds before we have the multisig wallet in place. This way the community can start establishing itself as DAO step by step.
• There wouldn’t be any new statues or lawyer costs
• Service provider contracts with TEA for the hired persons.
