Amendment/Additions to the Framework
- Changes that can be made by all committee members are through the official Shimmer Governance process and cover the following items:
- Proposal to replace/remove a Grant Reviewer and the Programme Lead
- Proposal to terminate and shutdown the Shimmer Community Treasury Grant Committee
- Proposal to extend the operation period of the Shimmer Community Treasury Grant Committee
- Proposal to add additional funding to the budget of the Shimme Community Treasury Grant Committee
- If there are any additional points that community members should be able to change via shimmer governance process feedback/suggestions are welcome
- All changes to other points described under Specification (Point 4.1 - 4.8) of this framework document can only be proposed by a member of this Shimmer Community Treasury Committee (Programm Lead and the four elected Grant Reviewers) through a public proposal in the Governance forum following the process laid out in the Shimmer Governance Framework.
- Addition to the role description of the Programme Lead
- Programme Lead as first public contact for anyone that wants to approach committee besides funding requests
- Programme Lead will be contacted first when there is any issue (for the complaint process) before being escalated to the governance forum.
Organizational topics
- We will move back to meetings that take place once a week on Thursdays. From next week on there are no more calls on Tuesday.
- In case it is necessary we can go back to twice a week frequency
