Meeting with Liechtenstein Lawyers

Introduction to Nägele

• Nägele specialized in Blockchain and advised over 300 projects
• Can give advice on combined blockchain law with new capital market law
• They do not advise on Tax and they usually do not overtake the role of a trustee.

General aspects to consider for Liechtenstein Legal framework

• Liechtenstein is part of the European Economic Area. As such European law applies to and this is where a main difference between Switzerland and Liechtenstein lies.
• For Lichtenstein this means that once MiCA is out, it will need to address this act
• Liechtenstein is however not part of the European Union.
• Passporting regime, possibility tp passport the services
